The founders of eXant derive from the top management of companies such as IBM, Geac and Chorus. Creating and implementing back office systems all over the world, they have noticed the implementations tend to be followed by further development plans which go beyond the possibilities of ERP systems. In response to such needs, they conducted a consulting research that resulted in creating a company focused on delivering solutions which would improve communication through information flow and business processes automation. This attitude is called front office as it enables cooperation between all participants of the business process.
